How long will it take me to loose that stomach fat?!


Question: How long will it take me to loose that stomach fat!?
I have a pot-belly and am aiming to make it flat!.
Here is my diet:

Breakfast - Porridge!. And/or Toast(brown bread)!. Vitamin supplement and iron supplement!.

Snacks - Baked Crisps!. Fruit!. Special K bar!.

Lunch - Sandwich (brown bread, weight wathers filling, lettuce,mayo)!. Fruit!. Yoghurts!. (actimel)!. Special K bar!.

Dinner - whatever really!. chicken!.!.salmon!.!.salads!.

Drinks - Water!. Flavoured water!. The occasional fruit juice!.

I do 30 minutes of exercise each day including sit ups, crunches and exercises for the stomach!.
I've been doing it for about a week!.!.!.how long will it take me to get a flat belly!?

You are eating too much starchy food: try this diet:
Breakfast: bacon and eggs and either a cup of unsweetened cocoa, or a glass of natural(no extra sugar added) fruit juice
Snack: fruits

lunch: lean sandwhich(turkey or chicken), topped with lettuce and tomatoes, water

snack--fruits/vegetables(raw)

supper: chicken,turkey, lean ham, roastbeef, steak, and a lot of salad/raw vegetables!. Sugar free drink such as diet soda or water

snacks: only raw green vegetables(fruit has too much sugar), and drink plenty of water to keep your stomach full!.

If you can stick to this kind of diet, I can guarantee you that you will lose a good amount of weight within 2 weeks!.!.!.!.and that includes your belly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get it off instantly it would be 4 weeks but- but you loose all mussel mass and your body goes into starve mode (it take longer to digest food b/c your me-tab goes down)

But the best way is use your body parts to measure your portions (hands) and give yourself a fist of meat and carbs
a thumb of cheese and palm of vegies and fist of milk (the height of which your fist is) -> you loose weight but about 1-2 pounds of fat a week and its the best method - do the math =P

do muscle toning like ur legs u work out ur legs than ull get more muscle cuz its the biggest one and burn more calories hence lose weight faster and do cardio alot to burn fat but gotta keep the muscle with strenght training like push ups and lunges and u ned more protein get rid of like the baked crisps and the extra toast try a protein barWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well the good thing is that the first place people seem to lose weight is in their mid-section!. I'm dieting now and have lost about 36lbs since march 16, and my waist is much smaller and I feel great!. I don't know how much you weigh, but it will go first!. Just keep at it!. Watch your carbs (that tends to be what adds more weight in the middle)!. Give it a month or two!. At this point, cardio is the most important thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

good plan but you have to do some cardio as well!.!.!.try going for brisk walks 40 mins daily!.!.!.how long depends on your metabolism,health,energy and discipline which you invest in this tummy flattening regime!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat a lot during dinner!.
Don't drink flavoured water or fruit juice!.!.!. plain water!
