Question: Gym question! (exercise and toning)!?
Okay, I've been going to the gym just for a little bit now!. If I go every second day, do 1 hour of toning and muscle training plus one hour cardio, and also dieting, how long will it be until i notice a difference on my body!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

this question cannot be answered!.!.!. it might be 3 months, it might be 6 months!.!.!. it is totally individual!. you are the only one who can judge your progress!. look in the mirror!.!.!. on a weekly basis!.!.!. how fast are changes happening!?
how long have you been going to the gym!? usually, you can notice a slight difference in the 2-4 week mark!. and a really big difference in the 12 week mark!.
make sure you take pictures of your self in good lighting in the same poses and clothes every week, when you wake up, on an empty stomach!. that way you can accurately judge progress and estimate how long it will take you to get where you want to be

maybe 2 weeks but some people see a change right away lil thing energy levels the way clothes fit!.!.!.and make sure you do cardio before the weight training and in between reps of weights run up some stairs or something to keep ur heart rate up ou burn more fat!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It will take about 6 weeks to see any results but you really need to make sure you are doing a good routine!.
