Starvation!?!


Question: Starvation!!?
i never thought it would have to come down to this!.!.!.and i know ill get plenty of pros and cons (mostly cons) from this question!.!.!.im not that overweightonly about 9 lbs! but lately since summertime and everything!.!.!.i want a really nice body!.!.and the tan is goin good and all i need is some fat GONE!.!.!.!.im going to a christian camp this WHOLE upcoming week mon-fri and i was thinking since the food already tastes awful at camps!.!.if i should just not eat the whole week!.!.!.i know it sounds crazy but please dont down me in this question!.!.!.im not gonna make it a dAILY thing just like this week !.!.!.!.but after fasting for that long!.!.!.do u gain it all back when u take a simple bite of !.!.fruit for instance!.!?!?!? please guys be serious!.!.!.im really making this mY decisionWww@Answer-Health@Com

You'll be super grumpy though and it will probably ruin your time at camp!.
And everyone will think you're anorexic, which basically you will be
Just don't totally starve yourself OK!? bring a secret stash of snacks or something and eat them because your body will go into starvation mode and put all the calories you eat into fat!.

your bodys metabolism will go lower then a worms belly
which when u do eat
ull get tons fatter
and
ur body needs fat to survive and is complex
it will need to break down precious things from u body to help u survive

it would slow down your metabolism so bad that when you do eat again your body wont digest as quickly and you will put weight on again!. the best to do is to eat healthy and less!. try smaller meals but dont ever give up eating completelyWww@Answer-Health@Com

i went on a fast that long!.when you get back you should ease back into eating
1st day back you should have 300 calories
and 50 more calories everyday
also do some crunches they help get rid of excess skin which can look like fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you go on a starvation diet it your body will react by a human defense system that has been around forever!. If you just stop eating you will stop burning the fat and start burning the muscle!. The body does this to be able to last longer because it saves the fat cells for later on when the food is really scarce!.

Also, if you just stop eating you will cause your body that not only are you lost somewhere starving but once you start eating again your body will react by storing more fat to get ready for the next desert crossing or other starvation event!.

So!.!.!.!.if you decide to starve yourself to lose weight you are setting yourself up for future weight problems as you get older!. With that type of yo-yo dieting you can expect to be an obese person by the time you are 40!. Possibly morbidly obese!.

A better solution would be to stop the soda (Diet soda also, TOO MUCH SALT IN DIET SODA) and the candy and drink 64 ounces a day of water!. That alone should help you lose 3 to 5 pounds in a week easily!.
