I can't tell you how much weight you'd lose but I've tried doing this and it works really well for me since usually I snack in the evening but don't feel like eating at any other point in the day!.
The other thing that works good is chewing your food until it's liquid and eating slowly!. I sometimes spend around an hour eating the equivalent of three to five mouths fulls and feeling totally stuffed!. You can just come back to your meal through out the day and cut down your food intake massively without feeling starving and stunning your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmmmmm!.!.!.!. not very healthy though!. be sure to not over eat when you do eat, also only dieting or only exercise will not make u lose weight, and in order to work out efficiently you need the energy from complex carbs and protein, also have your fiber with them!. i don't support your new diet!. look into talking to your family doc for a plan, or even if you can join your local ymca, they have a 5 step program which is great at no extra cost!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you should find out this way!. If you look for the answer here, then all your going to do is see poor results instead of whats really changing, your health!. You need to try this first to see how much you lose because you will be to worried and won't think it's worth it if you see the numbers first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends how much you eat when you are hungry!. Only eating when you are hungry is not the best way of weight loss!. Eating small regular meals, is a better way!. Try eating less fatty foods!. And have small healthy snack in between meals if hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

how much do you exercise!?that will influence how much weight you can lose !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight by not eating is a horrible and ineffective course for weight loss!. Here is why:

When you are hungry and deprive yourself from food you are causing your body to go into "starvation mode"!. What this results in is that your body STOPS burning the fat and starts to burn the MUSCLE!. This is an ancient defense system that is from the earliest human survival days!.

If you want to lose weight the best thing is to eat smaller portions more often!. What this means is that your body will burn the energy needed from the small portions and then it will start to use up and shrink the fat cells!. Since fat cells NEVER go away you have saved the mucsle and burned the fat!.

You need to eat smaller portions (healthy choices) more often and NEVER let yourself go hungry!. That combined with exercise will cause you to lose the weight!.

What else will happen if you starve yourself is another human defense system!. What will happen when you start eating again your body will store as much fat in those cells as possible!. This defense is to help prevent FUTURE episodes of starvation!.

So, by not eating you are only setting yourself up to gain more weight later on!. What you need to do is get a real long term weight loss plan that you can live with and use for the rest of your own personal forever!

GOOD LUCK!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
