I am one of the skinest of my friends I'm a dancer a swimmer i play vball and im in gymanstics but i just gained 10 pounds i just really want to lose it

ia'm 12 too i weigh 104 and am 5' 2" i need to loose ten right with ya i have no idea though swimming and crunches seem to help a little
