Someone help me lose my weight????!


Question: Someone help me lose my weight!?!?!?!?
Well for the past 7 years I have been vaguely overweight!.!.!.I am 5'2, 18 and weigh almost 280!.!.!.I am soo scared that I may get diabetes that run in my family and I also don'y look like most bigggg people!.!.!.!.I have bigger calves and ankles and bigger arms!.!.!.and my butt is wide!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.!.I try losing the weight in those areas but I don't know the best way!.!.!.can someone please help me!.!.I am very self-cautious about those areas that I NEVER wear shorts or short sleeve shirts because of it!.!.I don't have money to go to a gym or anything so pleaseeeeeeeeee help me :(((((((

Please don't talk badly about this because I am already having a hard time putting it on here!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.!.I just am DESPERATE!!!!!

first of all, let me start by saying that please dont have low self esteem, because we're all unique and special!. i kinda know how u feel, im 5'2", 18 and weigh 154 lbs!.!.!.so im overweight too!. and there r days when i feel so down!.!.i look at skinny girls and say to myself, damn i wish i was that thin!. but then i snap out of it, and say to myself, ahh phooey =D i am beautiful the way i am!. so plz!. dont be self conscious:)
ok, so i checked ur BMI, and its 51!.2!.!.!.which is pretty high!. so ur no!.1 motivation shud be: to adopt a healthy lifestyle so that ur not prone to heart diseases!. u can start out slowly by taking 15 min!. walks, and then by gradually increasing the duration!. make sure u excercise atleast 3 times a week!.

and most importantly, AVOID JUNK FOOD! i know its hard, but u cud eat somethin of ur choice every sunday, but dont binge!. drink lots of water, no soda! a small glass of coke can hv upto 150 calories! so eat healthy, lots of veggies and fruits!.

and since u cant go to the gym(i cant either) u cud try doing some yoga at home!. the most effective is the sun salutation, do this at least 5 times a day!. and u cud also try skipping, dancing and just jump around while listening to some music, basically, just be active throughout the day!. how about buying a hoola hoop and hving fun with it =)

Start by going to your doctor and seeing if you can start by doing something low impact aerobic like walking!. You should also see a dietician that can help counsel on what you should be eating and how much!. Also, stop drinking sodas and juice and start drinking water!. You would suprised at how many calories are consumed solely through liquids!. You are obese, so, you should be losing weight under the guidance of a physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should have a look at a site called alfitness at http://www!.alfitness!.com!.au!. It helps you count all the calories you eat eating and burning so you know what you can and cant eat!. Also provides meal and exercise plans to help you lose weight!. I have been on it the last 2 months and lost 15lbs!. You just need to set realistic goals and then keep at it!.
