What do you think of my diet?!
Question: What do you think of my diet!?
Throughout the whole day this is what I eat!.!.!.
Corn Flakes w/ skim milk
fat free yogurt, with some strawberries and bananna,
2 servings beans
tuna sandwich (on ff whole wheat bread), w/ 2 tomato slices and 2 onion slices, spicy mustard
1 (2 cups) salad w/ (4 tbsps) salsa
2 (which would be 1/3 cup) servings cream of wheat
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 slices bread
sometimes a sugarfree popicle and some sugarfree jello w/ cool whip (depending sometimes 2 tbsps or sometimes 4)
bagged carrots
1 glass of fat free milk
should I be taking a multi-vitamin!?
I am drinking about 6 or 8 cups a water a day too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Multi vitamin is a good idea!. That plan looks good, don't starve yourself, o eat the same thing everyday though!.

well, you should take multi v vitamins as it will help you grow and help you digest the food!. Also you need to take your daily sugar intake or you could lead to serious consequences like fainting because of the lack of energy you get from sugar!. gee i hope i get best answer!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i dunno, its doesn't sound like 1200/cal a day, i should increase protein and vegetable content, and it looks like u do need vitamins!.!.i think u should plan different meals through out the week, that sounds very boringWww@Answer-Health@Com
