Well you have to see what you ate throughout the rest of the day!. If you ate a lot during the day and you're not hungry at night then that's fine!. If you ate normal reasonable amounts or you didn't eat a lot the rest of the day and you're hungry, that's not enough food for you!.

If you're trying to lose weight, dieting like that isn't going to make things better in the long run!. If you deprive your body of food, you'll slow down your metabolism and that will make weight loss even harder!. Also just because you don't eat a LOT of food doesn't mean what you're eating is healthy for you!. If you're trying to be healthy, eat whole wheat crackers and as for smoked salmon, it has a high sodium content!.

If you're looking to eat healthy, try lean protein sources like turkey, fish, chicken, beans are a great source of protein too!. Add in different vegetables like carrots, spinach, tomatoes, etc!.!.!. As for carbs, try whole wheat sources!. They have whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, whole wheat rice!.!.!.they make everything in whole wheat now so it should be easy to find!. Fruits are good for you too and it's better to eat the actual fruit than to drink the juice!. Although you can make your own juice with the fruit and that would be good too!. Drink water at your meals if you can, most people don't drink enough water throughout the day!.

Eating less does not mean you're doing your body any favors!. Remember, not all calories are bad!. Calories from junk food are harder for your body to use but calories you get from fruits, and whole wheat and proteins are good calories!. Calories just mean energy, if you don't get enough calories in the day, you're not going to have the energy to perform as well as you could otherwise!. If you're really concerned about going over in calories, use a calorie counter and figure out what your goal number of calories per day is and match your food to that level!.

Also remember to exercise!. Don't overdo it, but at least try to put in half an hour of cardio 4 days a week!. Eat right and exercise, don't deprive your body of food, if you're hungry, eat, if you're not hungry, don't eat!. Listen to what your body is telling you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm not really!. Try eating a little bit more!. Don't be afraid of eating ( eat moderate portions)!. Eat something small but neither too greasy :D Try eating at the right time!.!.!.!.sometimes ur metabolism slows down when you eat lateWww@Answer-Health@Com

Crackers suck nutritionally!. They are over-processed carbs!. I would have ate the salmon w/o the crackers (about a 4oz filet)

The apple was a good choiceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Thats an odd dinner!. It really depends on what you had for lunch!.!.!.you need to eat something more substantial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no now maybe you should go have a good sized salad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
