Question: What exercises help you get less love handles!?!!!! *best answer*!?
I think that I have too much, well I had less last year!. And i wanna go back to that! Do you know any exercises that actually WORK that can get rid of love handles!?

p!.s!.-- i don't wanna change my eating habits!. Just exercise!

yeah love handles are called obliques, and if you do crunches but come up to the far side of your knees it will target that areaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce!. Spot reducing is reducing fat from a particular part of your body over the rest!. Many people think that you can exercise one area and then have less fat in that area, but when you exercise, you are working the muscle, the layer of fat is completely a seperate independant layer that has no correlation to the muscle group being worked!. So what you would need to do is lose weight/fat overall and the fat from your love handles will hopefully diminish!. I say hopefully because fat in the love handle area can be "stubborn" and more resistant to fade when losing body fat!.
The only thing you can to do change your fat distribution is to get liposuction, this removes fat cells and changes your distribution, you can get fat again after lipo, but it will be more proportionate!. I know this isnt the answer you are looking for, but I wanted to give you the truth, so you dont spend time trying to do it another way and end up being dissapointed!. I hope this helps, like I said, I know it isnt the answer you wanted, but technically it is the best answer in terms of the the truth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Standing with feet hips-width- apart, hold a dumbell/hand weight in each hand with your shoulders straight!. Reach down the side of your body with your left hand until the weight is at level with your knee, on the right side the weight should rise to the level of the right hip!. Do these slowly, keeping abs tight and do not use jerking motions!. Alternate sides, or do ten on one then ten on another--for around six reps!. you can increase the weight as you get better at this move!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just exercise is a tough way to lose body fat, and that's what it takes to slim love handles!. You could add more overall weight training!. That will increase your metabolism, and you will lose weight over time, but it takes a long time that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
