Question: I'am so ugly& i want to lose weight and ahhh idk! help please! :/!?
I'am in 8th grade!.I going to high school when school starts back, but i feelso ugly!.in july i will be 15!.we go back to school in aug!.I want to lose alot of weight!.not just because everything that goes on at school, but just because i want to be able to wear what i want to and not have that little fat roll hanging over in my new shirts!.I 200 and some pounds and i'am 5"10"!.[going to be 15]!.so i know i'am fat!. and i want to change!.so what should i eat!.i only eat 2 time a day!.and no soda or any junk i already cut that stuff out!.i workout every day!.i'am a basketball player, so if i'am not inside i'am jumping on my trampoline[how ever you spell that] inside or swimming!.but i want to lose alot of weight!.so what should i do and eat to lose the weight, and i have never wore my hair straight just curly and down[sometimes]but mostly up in a bun or something!.so i'am going to get my hair cut so i can straighten it before i go to school every morning!.&+ i have never wore make up!.i have brown hair and brown eyes!.i'am tan
from the sun[i'am never pale looking]!.or to white!.so help me please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My sister is a dancer so she wanted to loose alot of weight!. She did it really fast in a couple of weeks she got to 87 pounds but she has an iron will!. She just doeasnt eat all day almost anything ( she eats certain fruits like watermelons, cherries, all the berries, NO bananas,etc, she also eats like fat free cottage cheese, fat free yougurt and salads with fat free dressings) and if she gets really hungry she has a hot tea with splenda bc warm liquids chase away hunger!. Sometimes plums help curb your appetite!. Basically, try to eliminate as much solid food but be carefull bc this kind of diet is so harsh it cant be long term unless ur body gets used to it!. So diet like for a couple of weeks and you will notice drastic changes on almost a daily basis!. Streighten your hair, get a good foundation ( i use neutrogena) and a expensive bronzer ( I use mali from henri bendel) and mascara and use an eyelash curler!. I dont do alot of makeup but I wear blue lenses so you can try that, it looks really nice!. Try to wear black, its slimming, and the tanner you are the skinnier you look- its actually a fact!.
