I think that I'm fatter than my friend?!!!?!


Question: I think that I'm fatter than my friend!?!!!!?
She told me that she's gonna start exercising daily b/c she thinks she's fat and wants that "bikini body"!. And I asked her how much she weighs and she said 115- 120 pounds!. Idk if she was lying but anyway I felt hurt b/c I'm like 122!!! We are the same height and age (I'm a few months older)!. She never exercises and is really weak!. She doesn't play sports and watches what she eats!. When we eat lunch (in school), I eat 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches while she only eats one!. I play tennis 2-3x a week, burn 140 calories about 3x a week (on the eliptical) and eat way more than her!. We seem the same, but i'm more "toned" it's just that I'm NOT 115 and I wish I was!!! I don't understand why I wiegh so much (more than her) if people tell me I'm skinny (as skinny as her or even skinnier)!!!

Muscle weighs more than fat!! So the 5 or so extra pounds that you have on her could be because you have muscle where she has fat!. If she is really weak, and you're strong because you exercise so much, then you'll look the same but weigh differently!. Depending on build, you could have denser bones or more curves!. Everyone's answer is "muscle weighs more than fat!." To be more exact, muscle weighs 1!.25 to 1!.5 times more than fat!. Well i tell you this from the start that this is happening to me to!. Don't stress over your weight!. You said you were toned and that is great!. It just might be that your friend has a high metabolism!. Having a high metabolism can make you have a skinny body and you don't way a lot either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on weight watchers!. Surf the web for tips!. If your detemined!. Don't think negative about yourself!. You gotta be a little confident about the way you look now before u can change!. Bad thoughts lead to bad things!. Feeling bad about yourself will only make things worse!. Play lots of sports,drink lot of water, feel good and u should do fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are NOT fat! It doesn't matter what you weigh!.!.!.!.so don't think it does okay!?!? You are only about 2 lbs more than her and thats not much!. If she's weaker than you then that means you get more exercise and build your bones unlike her!.

muscle is heavy, heavier than fat!. so even if you look the same weight as your friend, yours will be a little more because you have muscle and she doesn't!. and that's a good thing! don't rely so much on numbers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its because u have more muscles than her

Muscles weights more than fat, if your more tonned than her, then you are more likely to weigh more with those few little pounds
