Question: How many dyumbell repetitions to perform!?
i am going to gym from past 3 months but by biceps are not increasing!.i use a 15lbs dumbell!.can you tell how many times to repeat it to get huge bicepsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Biceps dont get bigger on the day you exercise them!. It gets bigger when you rest it!. Work your biceps and then rest them for at least 2 days!. Another thing i recommend: do bicep curls and bicep concentration with 5 sets and 12 reps each!. Remember after every set its important that you have the minimum time of rest!. Do a set then rest 30 sec then do another one!. Get it bro!? Its important that you do it properly!. dont rush!. Feel the pain!. for the pain is your proof that you give your muscle the ultimate work out!. Remember to rest them ok!? It gets bigger on the day of rest!. Thats all!.

Use heavy as you can possibly can lift dumbbells and do as much as you can and try to increase!.

Eat 3000-4000 calories a day, potatoes, milk, eggs, meat, oatmeal, peanut butter, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, wheat bread are all good foods that help build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
