Losing 5lbs?!


Question: Losing 5lbs!?
Ok, well I used to weigh 115lbs before I got pregnant with my now 2yr old daughter!. I got all the way up to 178lbs while pregnant (HUGE!)!. Anyway, I'm back down to 120lbs and I'm stuck on this last 5lbs (that seems to be stuck on my belly aparently, lol, bc everything else is fine)!. Anyway, I was wondering if I ate normally (bc I'm not gaining any weight by the way I'm eating now!.!.!.it's pretty steady) and just started walking with my daughter in her stroller everyday for at least 30 minutes (or on my treadmill by myself if it is raining), and do some ab exercises (like stability ball crunches etc) 3 days a week, would I lose 5lbs & lose inches off my tummy by July!? I'm planning on starting tomorrow, and I am going to try to eat a little less!. Would just that little bit get me to my goal!? Thanks! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat less!. Eat more frequently (5 to 6 small meals per day) and try not to ever skip breakfast!. This will speed up your metabolism which will help you lose weight! The walking sounds good!Www@Answer-Health@Com
