Gym Question?!


Question: Gym Question!?
I do high intensity cardio everyday of the week except two (depending on when I feel i need a rest) I do around 45 minutes a day and I was wondering if this is beneficial to my body or is it too much/too little in order to lose weight and build my endurance!. Any help would be grateful but no stupid time wasters answering please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try to switch up the time, speed, and incline of your workout!. 45 minutes a day is great considering that a cardio workout is defined as a period of 20 minutes or more!. keep up the good work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What your doing is good!. The more you workout and run the better it is for you!. But if you want to lose weight, then you should look at your diet!. if you eat McD's every day and run 45 min!.!.!.your probably breaking even!. if you eat something healthy instead and run 45 then you are making progress in your goals!.
for endurance, run as far as you see fit!. If you feel you can go further then keep going, if you think you can't then consider the though of continuing anyway and if you don't catch a second wind you probably did enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is enough to lose weight, but also make sure your eating right, and don't make that mistake alot do by eating once a day or barly because then the body goes into survival mode and it stores fat making it hard to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not an expert but I have heard that doing more than 30 minutes of cardio has no benefit to your body!. I don't think it would hurt either!. But if it has no benefit then I would probably use those other 15 minutes for stretching or lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i'd have to say thats a great way to workout and it'll help you lose weight and gain endurance as long as your also eating healthy, and of course drinking plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
