Question: Had too much food in one day, what can I do!?
I'm 14 years old, athletic and slender but with curves!. I am alittle obsessed with my weight and want to be comfortable with my weight!. But tonight I ate too much carbohydrates! ahhh!!! the worst! do some pilates from utube, theres plenty on there!. they are great for indoors and they create long lean muscles that us slightly curvy girls need!. dont stress too much though, wasting your youth on that crap is a mistake i made and regret!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
