Toning thighs?!


Question: Toning thighs!?
i'd like to tone my thighs, particularly my inner thighs!.
i'm 5'6", 130 lbs, and a 15 yr old female!.
i think that's pretty normal, but i look horrible in a bathing suit because my inner thighs touch when i walk!.
they, like, look cottage cheesy!.!.haha!.

and i workout constantly and am always running for track and basketball so i thought i'd be more toned!.

I would recommend doing what i call the invisible bike work out!.!.
Lay on your back
and put your feet in the air and pretend your pedaling a bike upside down!.!.!.Do this for about 15 minutes in the morning and evening!.!.It should help!.!.
