How can I mantain my weight loss?!


Question: How can I mantain my weight loss!?
Hi everyone!
I'm 5"5" 109-110lbs, 20 years old!. I vigorously busted my a*s in the gym to get to this weight and am very proud of it!. I really want to make sure I don't screw it up by accidentally gaining the weight back!. How would you say is the best way to maintain my weight!? Should I be working out the exact same (which was A LOT) or should I ease up a bit and just make sure I'm choosing healthier foods!?

you answered it yourself, just watch it, and yes i know from experience i am a yo yo and we are talking 100lb yo yo and i have to lose it again!. i am so mad i didnt maintain when it would have been easier than have to go through it again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course the combination food and exercise is needed to lose weight but your maintaining weight!. I would say to a young female larger breakfast smaller dinner more stretching with arobics at 20 this is an easy one!.But women biggest problems is chemical imbalance so research your familys health and the that should give you the tools you need to define your consistantancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do lots of yoga and pilates but you can cut down the time of cardio,as long as you get used to eating healthier foods(yet portion control) for life!.!.!.it will be hard at first but you will get used to it!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lessen up a bit and eat healthier foods!. Make sure you eat enough calories for your current weight, not what you were eating to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
