I have lost 50 lbs but I need to lose 20 more?!


Question: I have lost 50 lbs but I need to lose 20 more!?
I did a high protein low carb meal replacement program for 24 weeks!. After the first 12 weeks I started incorporating healthy food!. High fiber low cal!. I am at a standstill!. I climb 14 flights of stairs at work because I have no time before or after work to work out!. I started out at 200 lbs and have maintained a 50 lb weight loss for about 3 months but can't seem to get past that mark!. The diet was medically supervised!. Can anyone give me input as to how to start losing again!. I know it will be slower since I am closer to my goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
