Jogging is good but dont do it everyday , you need to give your body time to rest and recover otherwise it will start breaking down tissue for energy , also jogging puts strains on your joints and doing it excessively cooks up your internal organs , so do everything in moderation!. If you are overweight then you should jog on an empty stomach , meaning that you havent eaten for at least 7 hours , by doing this your body will burn stored body fat for energy instead of using the last meal you ate!. Make sure you eat healthy and stay away from junk and processed foods!. Also get plenty of water daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a good page of jogging shoes and start jogging!. Jog for as long as you can and stop to walk when you have to!. Choose a route to run and keep note of where you had to start walking!. Each day try to run a mail box further before walking!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

start by walking a mile or two, then build up to light jogging, then faster, then eventually sprint!. I used to run daily like this too and doing it gradually is the best way to prevent muscle pains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
