What can I do to lose my horrible weight?!


Question: What can I do to lose my horrible weight!?
Well I am 11 years old
I need to lose a lot of
weight!. I am 5'3 1/4,
I weight about 182
lbs!. I need help or
I may suffure of
child hood diabetes!.
I need to atleast drop
to 130 pounds, I really
don't need people
being rude either!
Just looking for a person
to give me some nice
tips! God blesses you
for helping if you do!.
I have the question,

I suggest you start a food diary, it may sound silly, but sometimes we don't realize what all we eat!. But you have to be honest with YOURSELF!. Write everything in it!.

After about 3 days analyze it!. Don't be too drastic from the start!. I suggest telling yourself no more sodas or breads to start!. If you eat a lot of sweets, substitute them for something healthier like yogurt, granola bars and jello!.

Also, make sure you eat 3 meal with"normal servings" and small healthy snacks in between each meal!.

Start each day with an 8 oz glass of water, as well as each meal!. Try to drink water whenever you can!.

Try adding simple exercise like walking a few blocks every day!.

If you keep it simple, it will seem easy, and encourage you to form new habits!. Once you notice, you're loosing weight, try changing more of your eating habits and adding more exercise!.

One way to lose your weight would be to eat healthier fruits and veggies and watch your portions!. Try eating four to five times a day, with smaller meals and add two snack time throughout the day!. Watch those calories, make sure that you're around 2000 calories per day!. By doing this, you can still eat what you want, but just eating smaller portions!. You must exercises or work around the house, anything to make you sweat in 5 min!., do this about an hour everyday and you sure will lose those pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i no how it is to over wght trust me imnot liek huge but its hard!. the best thing to do is excercise and eat healthy like if you see a cookie in front of you say no! to yourself tell your self that, that wouldnt look lgood on you and go and grab an apple trust me youll get addicted to them, thier juicya nd have taste and are so much beter then a pizza or some thing but dont go cold turley tell your self you can go to dairy twist on the weekend if you eat fruit anddrink alllooottt of water and just start walkign and listen to musi it will passs the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there!.!.don't put so much pressure on yourself or you'll just make the situation worse!. Take it a day at a time!. Don't think about losing 50 lbs!.!.!.just think about being healthier!. Watch what you eat every day!.!.if you slip up, don't give up completely!.!.!.just forgive yourself and keep pushing towards your goal!. Just try to do your best to eat healthy and exercise!. Try to drink lots of water (I love grape propel) and chew sugar free gum (trident has 3 new flavors and is really yummy)!. Dont focus on your long term goal, just go day to day!.!.!.and try to find things to do for yourself that don't involve food!. When I want to snack, I do something nice for myself instead, like painting my nails, taking pics w/my digi-cam, playing w/my dog, straightening my hair, straightening up my closet, calling a friend, playing online, etc!. Just keep yourself busy so you don't have time to dwell on food!. ok women, crutches(situps), treadmill, dumbells built ur muscles int the arms, and wall sits, just sit at a wall and go down until ur like siting in a chair!. that how i got my weight off!. im 16 and im 161 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your young age you need plenty of animal protein so the Atkins diet would probably be ideal for you as it has a high success rate!. You can get a whole book on it from Health Stores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
