Excersise and Sweat?!

Question: Excersise and Sweat!?
If you don't sweat while excersising, does that mean you aren't getting any benefit from it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It really depends on how rigorous the exercise is!. Typically if you are not sweating, you may be dehydrated and this is very common!. Additionally, if you are iodine deficient, you will not sweat!. This is very common in America because of all the fluoride being put into water supplies, toothpastes, sodas, beer, etc!. The fluoride depletes the body of iodine!.

To do a quick test, just take a bottle of tincture of iodine and paint a patch on your forearm about 2" x 3" and note the time of day!. Watch it throughout the day and if it is still there in 24 hours where you can see it, you are NOT deficient!. If it goes away in a few hours, that's your problem!.

If you are deficient, I suggest you go to a Certified Nutritional Therapist and have them help you get on a diet and possibly some supplements to make you healthy!.

Yes!. When a muscle moves, 90% of the energy expended gets turned into heat, and 10% into the actual mechanical movement!.
If you aren't sweating then its a pretty good indicator that your muscle isn't moving much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is your evironment cold, or are you swimming!? You're muscles create heat when you're excersizing, so you should be sweating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
