i actually made an egg for breakfast today! i scrambled it!.!. threw in some red peppers!.!.!. a BIT of chilli to give it a bit of spice, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper :) with two slices of wholemeal toast! soooooooooo yummy!!!
i don't think you should have cheese if you'r trying to lose weight!. if you REALLy like cheese then use a BIT in your omlette! look up 'low calories recipes for omlettes' online or something and you should get a good few recipes like that, try out the one that sounds the most appealing and helathy to u! :)
i eat alot out of boredom now that im on holidays and when im at home! but the only thing keeping me from gaining weight is that its all healthy!.
when i wake up in the morning my mam has a MASSIVE bowl of fruit salad cut for me!. i snack on this throughout the day then :)
and ill grab a few nuts here and there when i feel like eating them and when the fruits all gone! :(
i usually have wholegrain cereal!.!.!. like oats and more by nestle or weetabix for breakfast! its oh so yummy and filling :D
and then for lunch something really light !.!.!.!. like maybe just some fruit salad from that fruit bowl, courtesy of my mam! :)
then at about 6ish ill have something like salad, or lentil soup, or a chicken breast/fillets!. or just anything that's been cooked but if its something like rice or something carby ill have just a tad bit of it!
oh and dont forget to drink LOTS of water! :) i keep a water bottle with me at ALL times!. that way im always sipping on water and i dont even realise it and i dont get really hungry :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can start your day with a colon cleanse!.!.!.
Psyllium husk mixed with carrot/celery juice (tastes good actually) + chlorella tablets/powder (a kind of a seaweed)!.!.!.
drink plenty of fresh clean water!.!.!.
And forget about those artificial sweeteners, they actually do your body harm!.!.substitute "Agave"(a natural sweetener derived from some kind of a cactus) for white sugar!.!.
a little olive oil is way better than low fat dressings!.!.!.
skimmed milk
and never eat until you are completely full!.
don't consume carbs after 6-7 o'clock in the evening,
that includes sugars & bread/pasta/potatoes!.!.
dont drink liquids with your meal!.
and don't weigh yourself every second!!

this is what i eat most of the time!. i eat oatmeal or two eggs and a pancake for breakfast and skim milk and oj !. some kind of sandwich for lunch with some fruit and veggies and for dinner i eat pasta or chicken!. the weekends i eat different!. then before i go to bed i eat some kind of fruit!. i exercise for about an hour a day and i am the only person in my family that isnt over weight!.
