Question: I am soooo sick of salads!! What else can i have for lunch, thats healthy, and low cal/fat!?
Answers:
You rdiet should consist of 40% PROTEIN, 40% Carbs and 20% fat!.

Try to use good fats like avocado and nuts!. Protein can be salmon, chicken, beef, turkey, soy!.!.!.!. there's a lot of sources!.!.!. and carbs !.!.!.!. source low GI carbs !.!. like rice for example!.

Try not to eat carbs by themselves, that is, have them with protein!.!.!. and limit the carbs to 100g per helping!. Also introduce 6 meals per day and watch portion control!.!.!. you should try to count the calories!.!.!. !.and evenly distribute them throughout the day!.!. this keeps your body burning off the fat!.

It is very important to eat low GI food!.!. high GI foods provide lots of energy, more than you cna use immediately and are easily convert to fat!. Low GI foods are like slow release energy pills!

For lunch, you cna have smoked salmon with rice and steamed green vegetables!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stir-fried chicken & veggies
+ add some sauce like Terriaki or Soy, Fish, etc!.!.
you can use a non-stick pan to be able to use just a few drops of oil!.!.!.!.
