Does this sound like a good plan?!


Question: Does this sound like a good plan!?
I am a little overwight!. I have pretty good arm muscles and leg muscles, but my endurance and running skill is pathetic!. Well, a little overweight would be a lie!. Mildly overweight or something was my BMI, but I think I barely made it!. I am 16!.

Anyway!.!. My plan this summer is to jog up and down my 1/2 mile driveway twice a day to get in shape!. Once I get to a good endurance, I'd like to try kickboxing!. (I'm a big boy, I can take a hit!) I was wondering if this exercise plan would work, coupled with a small lunch and breakfast, high protein dinner!.!.!.

I guess jogging is good for the endurance, but it's not good for making a whole lot of muscles, so there is not point in the protein!.!.!.
Try adding more things into your schedule that will make muscles, and maybe you can to yoga or something, to increase your flexiblity, which you need for kick boxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

good plan but don't starve yourself, just eat the same amount of food you usually do, just healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com
