Why do I yawn while working out?!
Question: Why do I yawn while working out!?
I've noticed that I always start yawning (multiple times) while I'm working out!.!.!.particularly when I use weights!. Can anyone tell me why this happens!? I'm not tired when I work out, I'm making sure I breathe properly, and I'm not bored!. I don't get it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yawning when you are not tired is an oxygenation issue!.
It's usually a sign of a lack of oxygen to the brain!.!.!.

I yawn sometimes when i am working out when i am doing light weight or a boring muscle group!.I yawn sometimes when i work on my biceps and sometimes shoulder!.For biceps i yawn because it gets tired easily and only 20 minutes a day!.For shoulder i do because of the same thing except it dont get tired easily!.My shoulder is my strongest bodypart and it has helped a lot with my benching!.My shoulder press increased my bench press too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yawning is a mystery, but it could be that your CO2 levels are too high!. Or, you're straining/clenching your neck and/or jaw, and your body is yawning to stretch these muscles back out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Maybe you need oxygen!? Or maybe you yawn at other times too, and just notice it when you're working out because it interferes with your breathing at that time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
