Losing 15 to 20 lbs by the end of summer?!


Question: Losing 15 to 20 lbs by the end of summer!?
Hi! 'kay, well im 13 and i weigh like 135!.

i dont even look like it, but i just dont feel comfortable with my body, so i really want to get down to 115!.
its like 15 or 20 lbs, so i want to lose it by the end of this summer!.
i am a size 5 but i wanna be a size 3!
can someone help me make like inexspensive everyday menus!? tht would help alot!
oh! and i need a workout plan!Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol just eat healthy don't eat chips and don't drink soda dont eat candy junk food or fast food!. stay on an all fruit and veggie diet!. i lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks!. :] hope this helps oh and i m 14 and i used to weigh 125 now i am 115Www@Answer-Health@Com

13 is too young to go on a diet and anyways loosing that much weight in three months would be hard for anyone , even on magic pills, if you really want to loose weight you have to do it gradually in order to keep it off!. For now i would just excersize regularly, seventeen magazine has good ideas, and watch what you eat, like trying to cut down on junk, drink more water, ect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm from australia, and basicly i would say eat lots of meals but make the portion size smaller lots of healthy snaks
yoghurt
fruit
muselly
veggies
Wholemel grains
all that kind of stuff!.
(we have sizes 8-16) (8 being the smallest)

For your workout plan! Just do an hour a day!. You don't have to do it all at once though! Don't call it a diet, call it eating less!. Eat healther and cut down on things that are bad for you! But if you want to workout for an hour and a half then you can!. Just pace yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Each day eat salads,fruits,like healthy stuff and each day have a little snack like a cookie or brownie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am not sure about menus but for workouts go to your local health club or YMCA for machines to excersise on and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
