Question: What exercises/sports should I do to become leaner!?
What exercises/sports should I do to become leaner!? Something that I could do at home, maybe!? I'm 15, and I want to become more muscular, in a lean way, like a dancer, before I am an adult so I don't have to struggle with my weight for to rest of my life!. I am 5'1, 102!.5lbs, and I'm not really fat or anything, but I do have some "areas" (like my stomach, thighs etc) That I would like to become thinner!.

Total Gym and Gazelle Elite!.
One day work out for 20 minutes on the Gazelle and the next day work out on the Total Gym for 20 minutes (on a low or medium setting - "circuit training or advanced training" in the total gym manual) so that you don't build up muscles!. Take 1 day off per week (absolute rest) and do no excorsizes at all!.
You'll have NO cellulite and a very high metabolism which means when you eat - it'll mostly all be turned into energy instead of fatty tissue!.
Eat at least 3 times per day! 5 is best - but obviously not thousands of caleries each meal!. 350-500 caleries each meal (5X per day) is best OR 600-800 caleries (3X per day)!. Remember (!) 10 percent of your metabolism is dedicated to the sole purpose of digesting food!. The more you use it - the more it works properly/efficiently - just like everything else in your body (mind, muscle, spirit, etc!.!.!.)
At 5'1" and 102!.5 lbs - you're not far from being a "perfect" weight! Don't become some kind of anorexic or anything!. Keep it healthy, 'lil sister! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
