What do i do about....FOOD?!

Question: What do i do about!.!.!.!.FOOD!?
lately i've just not been as hungry as i usually am, because im trying to eat healthier and slightly less!.
and when my mum cooks food she expects me to eat SO much, and when i only eat about a serving or two she goes nuts!! and she takes it as an insult!. she keeps saying im starving myself and i need to eat more, but im TRULY not hungry!!

how am i supposed to keep dealing with this!?!? i appreciate her concern (although she shows it by yelling and screaming) and i like that she cooks food for me, but i really can't keep eating when im not hungry!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Tell your mom that you appreciate everything she does but you are worrying about your health!. Ask her if she wants to work with you on making healthier meals, or make your own food!. If you are eating enough tell her what you are eating so she knows you are not starving yourself!. If you are an adult assert yourself if you are not ask her to understand where you are coming from and talk to her responsibly she will respect you more//Www@Answer-Health@Com

She probably thinks you're wasting food!.
Tell her not to cook for you anymore and cook her own poison!. You will eat when you feel hungry!. This time get an allowance or some form of money made by yourself and cook it yourself!.
That's what I did all my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should tell her the Truth that your not hungry and you want to eat less!. I'm sure she well understand!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If u eat slow, this problem cud be somewhat resolved!. It will further be easier if u have other siblings around!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not wanting to eat as much as you used seems normal to me!.
I don't know if this helps, but here I go!.

I'm 15, Softmore, Male!.
I have a small portion in the morning!.
A yogurt, orange, a cup of fruit, and graham crackers for lunch!.
And My Dinner usually varies!.

Anyways, I started eating like this not to lose weight, but to try to be healthier!. After a good 2 weeks or so, I didn't want to eat as much and I felt more than satisfied with the food I had!.

As we eat less food or more healthier foods, our stomach adapts to our routine and you slowly want less and less food!.

I think that there is nothing wrong with you at all!. If your mom asks, just try to seriously make her see it your way: "You started eating healthier and you just don't feel as hungry!. Remember, its not that I'm starving myself, its just I'm!.!.!.healthy!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
