like costume said, bands will give you endurance and toning and you can do them everyday and it would not hurt you but,if you want results, use weights!. no you cant use weights everyday!. when you use weights ,you use them until you exhaust the muscle group!. you work a different group the next day!. usually hit the same muscle group every three to four days!. you do this to give them time to repair, when they repair they get larger and they get noticed!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
