Calorie Control.?!


Question: Calorie Control!.!?
How many calories would I need to consume to loose weight sensibly!? I'm 5ft 1" and weigh about 10 stone and am moderately active!. I only want to loose between a half a stone or a stone (I'm not pregnant or breastfeeding)!. Any help is much appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had to lose weight under doctor's orders and I gave up eating cheese and chocolates and lost 7lbs in two weeks!. After that I eat just a small amount of cheese only once a week and have dark chocolate instead of dairy milk, which is better for health!. Eat plenty of vegetables with your meals and eat fruit for snacks!. Low fat yoghurt or soya yoghurt is also better for you!. Chicken is preferable to red meat!. Nuts and seeds for snacks!. Digestive biscuits or even dark chocolate digestives are fine to eat!. Just check on the fat content on packets!. Fat content over 20g is high, low fat is 3g and medium is between 3g and 20g!. One golden rule is don't feel guilty about eating whatever you fancy, only allow this about once a week and you will be able to maintain this manageably!.
