I want to get fit but i'm embarrassed?!


Question: I want to get fit but i'm embarrassed!?
i really want to start exercising more!. but here's the problem: i'm too embarrassed to do anything in front of people, in fear of looking like a total idiot!.
i'd love to participate more in gym but i don't like to in front of everyone!. (probably because the class is co-ed!.!.!.)
i'd love to run around my block, but i don't want anyone driving by and seeing me!.

now how can i get fit and confident at the same time!?
keep in mind that i can't afford a treadmill, or anything expensive like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's an all women's gym called Curves, but not sure if anywhere near where you live!. And of course cut the junk-food out and replace it with natural choices!. Fruit instead of candy, fruit juice instead of soda, whole grains instead of hulled grains, drink plenty of water!. A lot of people like rebounders(trampolines- 200something dollars) cuz of low impact and fun!. If you cook, use whole grains, especially good are Quinoa, Millet, Amaranth, buckwheat, and red skin potato!. All whole grains are better than hulled!. Eat more veggies(salads)!. And just remember that pretty much everyone feels self conscious!. If people judge you for bettering yourself, then they can just go to hell, and their insides are far less attractive than they think that your exterior might be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know the feeling!
What I like to do is work out to DVDs!. I have a couple that I really like, but you can also go to the Library if you're concerned about money!. The library is also good because you can try before you buy!. I personally like Karen Voights workouts because they are really effective!. Beware though, we call her "Crazy Bi-otch" at my house because at first it can be a little intimidating!. I just keep moving or doing the previous exercise if it gets too advanced for me!.
When I was doing her videos I felt great, and along with that came the confidence!. Standing up straighter, walking taller and feeling good were all side effects of doing her 25 minute workouts 3 times a day!. I was eating better too of course!. I got so confident, I stopped working out and now I got to get back on track!.

Just have confidence and do it for yourself and forget about the other people!. You can also sign up at a gym to exercise more!. Lots of people there don't care if you look like a complete idiot, in fact they have respect for you since you hve the guts to try to get in shape!. Hope i helped :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

just work out alone in your house by doing crunches, sit-ups, bicycle kicks, lunges, stretching!. If you do about three sets of these everyday it will help so much and you will improve your confidence by losing weight quickly and you will feel more confident because you are working out at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U start with walks and ur attitude shud change and u will get used to being in crowded places!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
