The best exercise for thighs and butt is climbing stairs! It's the number one calorie-burner, too!. Squats are also great!. Don't do too much all at once - if you cramp up you'll just quit, so start with a little (work only until you feel like you're starting to struggle with it), and add a little more as it gets easier!.
