How to slim down?!


Question: How to slim down!?
okay, so im about to go shopping for a new wardrobe but i would love to go down a few sizes for, you know, a new bathing suit!. I'm not fat but i bulge D:

A few ways you can slim down is by doing cardio!.!.!.spinning,swimming, jumping rope, treadmill etc!. It will help you burn calories!. Try not to eat bread, rice or pasta for a month!. If you must eat it!.!.!.have one slice of whole wheat bread or a handful of rice or pasta!. Drink lots of water!!! Eat a fruit when u get hungry and drink lots of water!!! To slim down all you need to do is make sure you burn more calories than you eat!. It sounds easy but the binge eating makes it tough some times!. A good tool I use is http://www!.alfitness!.com!.au which i use to keep track of what i'm eating and now I have a pretty good idea of what I can and can't eat!. Dont try to exercise too much when you just start out, you don't want to burn yourself out!. U really just got to cut out your high calorie items like coke or fruit juices!.
