Best way to build wrist strength?
I'm 5'3" and weigh 110 pounds, but I've always been a toothpick. I've been weight lifting for a few months, and it's shown a lot in my arms and shoulders, but I'm stuck when it comes to my wrists. I have the smallest wrists and they aren't very strong. A lot of times certain exercises hurt them. Will lifting weights build muscle around my wrists, or do I just need to live with it and be careful not to strain anything?
I haven't found a very helpful website aimed at wrist strengthening yet.
