Need a training / eating schedule?!

Question: Need a training / eating schedule!?
I'm 23, 6'2" and weigh 165lbs!. So I am very skinny and am looking to bulk up!. I can make time to train 2 times per week!.

My problem is I have a very small appetite and usually don't even finish my main meals in one sitting!. (I tend to get full, put the food in the fridge, and get hungry an hour or so later and then finish my meal!.

I know that in order to gain muscle I need to eat eat eat!. Can you recommend some foods that are easy to prepare and preferably not too expensive!? How much should I be eating and when!?

I ordered some protein powder, but after reading a bit more reading some people claim skimmed milk powder with sugar will be just as good and much cheaper!. Is there any truth to this!?

Thanks for any advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the way you are eating now is good!.!.!. listen to your body!. it will tell you when to eat or not!.
for your goals, the QUALITY of the food is what matters not the QUANTITY!. you dont want to be a fat muscle head, now do you!?
if your goal is to bulk up, your gonna have to do more weight training workouts than 2 per week!. your trying to build muscle, right!? the only way to do that is by weight training with heavy weights and low reps many times per week!.
protein powder is good, especially if you want to build muscle, as protein helps repair the muscle you have worked!. whey protein doesnt have sugar in it, so if you go the skim milk route /sugar you wont be doing your body any favors plus one scoop of protein packs 20-30 grams protein!. skim milk only packs 6-8 per cup!.
eat clean: lots lean protein, veggies, fruits, lowfat dairy!. that way your hard earned muscle wont be covered by layers of fat!. your main goal right now should be to up that weight training!.

good luck
