I got 6 weeks?!


Question: I got 6 weeks!?
Ok so I have six weeks before I go to see my fiance!.!.!. we are in a long distance thing right now and I would really love to lose like 15 pounds but I dont know how realistic that is so I will settle for 10!. I bought an elliptical so I can exercise and am planning on going food shopping to get some healthier foods to start this off tomorrow!. I'm just really here to ask for some tips! Any foods I should eat/not eat!.!.!. maybe a exercise routine!.!.!.my main trouble area is my stomach!. Anything you do to keep healthy!.!.!. I already cut out soda and I am going to reduce how much booze I drink!. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Elliptical is great for burning calories! I lost 8 lbs this month by working out an hour a day 5-6 days a week!. Cutting the booze all together will actually help more than just cutting back some ( i had that problem)!.
Cut the fast food and bad snacks like chips!. I buy the prepared snack trays with the raw veg's so it's easier and faster so i won't go for the bad stuff!. It will be easier to get ride of the fatty stuff in your kitchen!.
Egg whites, low fat yogurt, raw fruit and veg's, grilled/broiled chicken, salad, low sodium V8, Soups, oat meal, water, fish are all healthy foods you can eat and lose weight!.
It's really just common seance and it is possible to lose around 10 lbs in that time!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.

6 weeks easy for this diet i am going to give you below but please please please dont over do it ok it really does drop the pounds and FAST just be careful and have fun and most of all i dont recommend you do this more then twice in 6 weeks oik:) have fun !

YOU MUST DRINK 5 X 8OZ GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY!.
THE DIET MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO LOSE 10LBS IN 3 DAYS!.

DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, ? grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 spn of peanut butter or small tin baked beans!.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4 oz tuna, 1 slice toast!.

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 4oz beetroot, 1 small apple, 4oz vanilla ice cream!.

DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 1 egg, 1 slice toast, ? banana!.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4oz cottage cheese, 5 saltina crackers!.

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, ? banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream!.

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple!.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast!.

DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ? melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream!.


THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN!. DO NOT MIX OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS!. SALT & PEPPER CAN BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING!.

But dont forget to throw away all the junk
When you feel impressed with yourself and feel like a treat!. why not take a jog down the shop nd treat yourself (Dont take the car) ;) See where im going wit this 1!?
Start the gym, make a regular thing of it!. go 3-4 times a week!.
Just drink when you feel good with yourself!. =]
Hangover or no hangover!.
Get down the gym the next day!. it'll make you feel better for the caloorie intake the night before!.
