Question:

How much weight will i loose in 1 month if I walk about 2 kilometers every morning.?

I'm a 20 year old girl. My weight is 75kg & height is 5 feet 6 inches. Around how many kilos will I loose in 1 month if I walk about 2 kilometers every morning? I walk in moderate speed (20-30 minutes to walk 2km).
If anyone has an idea please help. I'm so worried about my weight.
Also please do let me know what I can do in addition to loose weight.
Is there any home remedies like drinking hot water + honey / lime in empty stomach?

you could walk all you want but if you want to lose weight you need to cut calories. you need to burn more calories than you consume. If you drink Ice water your body burns a little more calories warming the water to room temperature...but nothing significant. before you eat drink a full glass of water try to avoid a lot of breads. Don't eat within a couple hours before bed, your metabolism slows down and won't burn as well as earlier. Get plenty of sleep. a well awake body burns more than a sleepy one.Half an hour before eating I drink one tablespoon of cider vinegar. It is suppose to eat away at any fat when you eat your meal. I tried it for a month and it works.
