My ideal weight?!
Question: My ideal weight!?
Age: 13
Height: 5 feet 8!.5 inches
Weight: 133!.5 (but my weight varies from about 132-137)
Gender: Female
So, first of all, is it okay to have a weight range of about 132 to up to 137!? (It can change within one, two, three days)!.!.!.
More importantly- I know that I'm in a healthy zone, but I feel like I need to not neccessarilly lose weight, but at least tone up, especially my stomach and thighs!.!.!.any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you are pretty tall, so 130 pounds can be proportioned on your body so you look skinny!. If you feel that you need to lose some weight i wouldn't try to lose more than 5 pounds!. you seem very healthy the way you are, but that decision is for yourself!. you did mention that you would like to tone up!. running once or twice a week can get rid of unwanted fat, and thin you out!. People tend to be more active in the summer, so swimming, and summer recreational sports should get you in great shape
