Question: Does the crunchless abs dvd thing really work!?
I'm thinking about ordering the crunchless abs dvd but I dont know if it'll work!. If so, would I see results before high school which is only about 3 months away!. Any answers would be great!. thnx!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont buy it there is loads of free ones on you tube and they all have the same exercises so why pay :)

you have to be cordinated in order to do it i tried and got soooooooooo lost but i would say that if you can actually see what they are doing it would work but you would have to do it everyday (atleast thats what i think cause i did do some of the exercises and it just didnt "feel" like it was working)Www@Answer-Health@Com
