If your trying to loose weight what kind of food is ok to eat!? Is it ok to eat any kind of meat and what about anything related to spegetti like pasta,fettuccine alfrado or lasagnea!.WHat kind of food or drink is ok to eat or drink to loose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION!. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS:
Every day do:
25 push ups
25 sit ups
15 leg lifts
(*FOR THE THREE ABOVE: IF U FEEL LIKE THE BURN ISNT ENOUGH, ADD MORE REPS> FOR INSTANCE MONDAY AND TUESDAY U DO 25, THEN ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ADD 5 more, THEN ON FRIDAY ADD ANOTHER 5 and so on!.)
Go riding a bike for 30-60 minutes at least 4 times a week
Walk to and from places if its possible to

Run a mile once a week
Swim twice a week for a half hour
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed!.
Take your time when eating!.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy!.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light!.
For breakfast, have cereal or yoghurt!.
For lunch, have a salad or sanwich with whole wheat bread
For dinner, enjoy yourself, but dont pig out or have super unhealthy foods!.!.!.example:::fried chicken with a side of french fries and chocolate cake for dessert!!! UHH NOOO!!
NO ICE CREAM
Eat 1 hour after waking up(if u can) and 3 hours before u go to bed!.
Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep!. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%!.

NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose!.)
***SOME EXTRA TIPS:
Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour!.
Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils!.
Read food labels, often times they say stuff is "healthy" and it really isnt!. For instance, if u see that there is more than 20 grams of sugar in a candy bar, thats high so u should limit that candy bar to like 1 time per week! Get the point!?

ANY diet will work in the short term!. Eat less, exercise more, you'll lose some pounds!. You don't need pills or an expensive diet program to make it work!. NO diet will work in the long term!. Weight-loss reaches a plateau and stops!. Over about five years, the weight comes back, even if you're still diligently following the diet!.

That's how the diet business makes its billions!. Planned Obsolescence!. Since every plan fails, people turn around and buy another one!. And they keep making money!.

What's most important is to eat healthy food (that is, a variety of different things in moderation, get all your vitamins) and to keep active and exercise a reasonable, sustainable amount!. Healthy and Thin are not the same word, you can have unhealthy thin people and healthy plump people!. Focus on your HEALTH, not your WEIGHT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think Weight Watchers and counting calories is the best thing to do!. Talk to your doctor about how many calories you should be eating, and start from there!. I think it's a great thing to do because you can eat what you want, without being limited!. Plus, it's just simple eating in moderation, and that's the way it should be!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

To drink cup of water morning 10 Mun b4 breakfast
Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses daily
To eat many small meals throughout the day
( a small snack and another snack a few hours later)
eat when U R hungry
eat diets
To Walk at least 30 minutes,
twice a day, every day
