Is milk bad for losing fat and maintaining muscle??
I know milk has a lot of calories per ounce (like 13 or something) and it has a lot of protein, however, if I am looking to lose fat and maintain muscle, is Milk OK to drink?

Milk is okay to drink, just stay away from Vitamin D aka whole milk. 1%, 2%, low-fat, fat-free, and skim milk are all good choices. :]
