How much weight will i lose weekly if?!


Question: How much weight will i lose weekly if!?
I am 15 turning 16 soon!. my weight is about 130 lbs, height is 5'7" and i want to lose about 10-20lbs!. I'm fairly average yes but i want a smaller and slim body!. i believe my ideal weight should be 115-120!. no, i'm not looking at the BMI i believe that is not accurate!.
I just started exercising yesterday!. Although i have PE daily running about 10 minutes with a 10 minute warmup we play sports also for about 20 minutes but not vigorous or intense!. the exercise at school is really light!. At home I run for about 30 minutes, with the length of about 1 3/4 miles!. I've started to eat fruits and a small portion of food daily!. I'm planning to eat 5 small portioned meal daily!.

How long will it take me to lose 10-20lbs and how much weight do you think i will lose weekly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will probably lose about a pound a week and it will probably take you about 3-4 months!.

If you want to lose it faster, you're going to have to run a little faster on your runs!. Try to get it to 2 or 3 miles in 30 minutes!. Anything slower than 15 minutes per mile is much less effective for weight loss -- it still works, but at a much lower rate!. Try for 11-12 minutes per mile!. Your results will improve drastically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
