Hi,
I basically wanna lose at least two dress sizes by the begining of July!. What is a quick but safe way to lose weight!? I don't need any dumb comments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, the trick is "negative calorie foods"
These things burn more calories digesting than it gives off with you eating it! :D amazing, yes!? Like, an apple for example is a negative calorie food!. [im not sure] but lets say there is 90 calories in it!.!.!. digesting it may take,e lets say, 140 calories!. So in the whole of it, your loosing 50 calories to eat an apple!!!
So this is super good!
Just eat these foods!. Yeah, it may be hard, but
you want to loose weight righT!? :]
Just look up Negative Calorie Foods, it'll give you tons!

Sorry to tell you but losing two dress sizes by the beginning of July is practically impossible and it would be unhealthy to attempt that!. There is no "quick" way to lose weight!. You should just change your diet to something healthier and exercise more!. You should be able to lose about 8 lbs maybe 10 by the beginning of July but not enough to go down two dress sizes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the other post there is no safe and quick way to lose two dress sizes by July I have lost 6kg since the beginning of April and am still the same size overall though I am near to dropping one size and thats in 2 months

the only way to lose 2 dress sizes is to starve yourself!.
and I'm pretty sure you don't want to do that!.
Ive gone down 2 pant sizes in only over 9 months, exercising every single day compulsively!. and eating extremely healthy!.
