A total of 30 minutes a day to exercise... whats best?!


Question: A total of 30 minutes a day to exercise!.!.!. whats best!?
I'm 34 yrs old, 5'4'' and 135 lbs (61 kg) and a very small frame!. I look and feel my best around 118 lbs!. I am flabby and have lost most of my muscle tone because of studying and running the children to all there games/practices!. Its just been in the last 2 years that this has happened to me!. I have nothing to limit my exercising!. (no back problems, etc) I only have about 30 minutes a day to get an extreme workout in!. I park at the furthest parking spot and do all the little things but now I'm ready to get my abs back, along with my arms, butt, back, calves and!.!.!. ok I WANT THE OTHER ME! :) I just don't know what exercises I can do!. I start out my doing my cross-country machine to pick my heart rate up!. Thanks for ready everything!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Pick up weights ( you can use canned foods from your cupboards ) and when ever you are sitting at the TV or any place around the house be lifting those cans or weights!. You can also do "wall ups", hands on the wall and do a push up while you are standing!. Get yourself one good exercise video and magi zine!.!.!. you can even have the kids join you if the video is one with great music and maybe even if it doesn't!.
Congratulations for making an effort now instead of waiting for your body to get to a more difficult condition!. ( Smart Lady)

i love that the workouts can be done in less than 45 minutes!. they are intense but short and I also do them at home which leaves me time for my family and chores, etc!.

you should definitely try it!. I read the review on that website and I was hesitant because it kinda look like it was for macho guys but it's nothing like that at all!.
