Huge Thighs?!


Question: Huge Thighs!?
I have huge thighs!!!!

And I really hate it when I sit and my thighs are becoming larger!.

for the fastest and best results:

1!. eat really healthy- lean protein, fruits, vegetables, 100% whole grain

2!. add cardio- at least 4-5 times a week for at least 30 min (running, walking, but hills/stadiums/elliptical machine or anything with an incline will help get definition and tone)

3!. strength training- 2-3 times a week (lunges, leg press, squats etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com
