I need to lose some weight? :S?!


Question: I need to lose some weight!? :S!?
I am 13, and I weigh about 12 stone, and Im 5"6!.
My body shape is a pear!.
I'm not anorexic, but I would love to lose some weight for the summer!.
My thighs and arms are my biggest problem!.
My thighs are pretty big, and have stretch marks at the top!. (Fairly small stretch marks)
I do have lots of time to grow taller, and I'm told I will get thinner when I'm older, because I'll be out and about burning off weight!.
But, right now I would like to lose some!.

The problem I have is snacking!. I love my sweets!. Unfortunately my dad and mum are diabetic, so If I'm not careful that's the way I'm going!.
My mom does to healthy meals for us, which has made difference!.

My lifestyle is fairly lazy!.

Replace some of the sweets with a banana or apple or something!. Here's what I did to lay off the sweets: Keep a fruit basket right next to the cookie jar or candy jar or wherever you keep your favorite sweet!. The key here is willpower!. Force yourself to pick up a piece of fruit instead of that Oreo (my arch nemesis)!. Now, you don't have to cut out sweets entirely, but remember: fruit is so much better for you and can taste even better than that processed junjk sometimes!.

Now then, about the laziness!. Just find an active pastime that you like!. Try jump rope, hopscotch, stuff like that if you don't want to go for other sports like basketball and soccer!. I found my greatest love for sports to be in running!. I'm not a sprinter, but I started running and have built up endurance!. I can run/jog several miles now, and I'm only thirteen, like you are!. My thrighs aren't exactly thunderthighs, but I do have alot of curves!. The good thing is, when you have curves but are still average weight, you can bellydance :) (fully clothed, of course!)!.

Remember, stay hydrated when you're excersizing at all, whether it be a workout or just playing jump rope!. It really helps to keep you going and to improve your workout!.

Whatever you do, do NOT go anorexic!. You're figure will improve, but it will do nothing for your face and you will be too tired to enjoy your figure!. Just eat well, no diets, use your head when you're picking out stuff to eat, and use will power!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was like that too you should try the south beach diet!.And you can find a sport you can play with your friends or jog around your neighborhood in the mornings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well firstly cut down on the sweets, second you have to exercise as well as eat right!. Running/jogging are really good for you and even walking!. Those are your best bet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
