It's hard for me to lose weight. i wanna lose from 20-30 pounds. I'm a big girl. It's hard for me to control what i eat- no it's REALLY hard for me. What's even harder, I can't get my fat *** up to exercise. I live next to a park and a gym's around the corner, but i HATE IT when people see me work out. It's embarrasing. So i would just rather work out at home, but im lazy. Please, what should I do? WHat should I eat daily? Im tired of going to a clothes store and stall because ther isn't any big girl clothes for me..

Have you tried to go on Atkins or weight watchers. When I went on weight watcher I lost 30 pounds in a month. And Atkins all you really eat is high protein foods like beef. My step brother went on that diet and it worked pretty good. I have recently lost 10 pounds for eating a lot less and running. I don't look fat but I'm really over weight. But after running I try to do at lest 20 sit ups then go get some water. So try drinking at least 5 cups of water a day that should help to. good luck.:)
