Question:
Thin toned arms?
I want sexy, sleek arms but the more I work out, the bigger they get. All I want is to lose just a tiny bit of fat on my arms so you can see the tone, but I am doing something wrong because my arms are only getting larger (NO!!)
I am mainly looking for exersize tips, but DIET tips are good too! Thanks!

Significantly lower the amount of weight you're lifting and do more reps. The more weight you lift, the larger your arms will get. Try to eat a sensible breakfast every morning to jump start your metabolism and try not to eat dinner after 6pm. People might disagree with me but I'm a firm believer of "Anything past 6.. sticks"
