Question: I'm 13 and i dont think ive hit puberty, i am 5'4 and weigh 145 pounds, help!!?
how do i lose weight, because im a picky eater and i am too lazy too excercise, i snack all day and i really need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no easy cure!. If you want to improve your body,you must stop snacking and start exercising,lazy or not!.
Switch to low-calorie food like fruit for your snack first,you
can't quit cold turkey without going back to old habits!.
As for the exercise,start small with a couple of sets of repetitions of push-ups and sit-ups every two days!. You can
build up from there,and maybe even find that you like it because it makes you feel better-both physically and psychologically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you lazy when it comes to exercize!? There must be a CAUSE !
Why do you snack so much !? There must be a cause !
And mainly !.!.!. WHY do you feel MORE comfortable keeping overweight than looking ( and feeling ) healthy !? ! ! !

In other words what is it about having a good male body that makes you stop yourself from achieving it !. What do you feel you will be giving up if you change your lifestyle of being fat and not exercizing and snacking on fattening food !? Would your mother be unhappy !? Do you think your interaction with girls would change to an uncomfortable role !? Are you fearful that you might not be accepted by your "friends" anymore !?
As Dr!. Phil would say : " What are YOU getting out of it !? There must be something !.!.!. Otherwise you wouldn't do it !" !.

PS I went from 208 to 128 when I was 23 ,( in a year and a half ) because I made up my mind to just do it !. I went on a low cal high protein diet with extra vitamins and exersize !. At 13 you should get a doctor or RN to help you !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

#1 Relax on the snacking
#2 Find healthy foods that you will eat!.
#3 Get up off your rump and exercise!Www@Answer-Health@Com
