Any recommendations?!


Question: Any recommendations!?
I have bought an elliptical cross trainer - it doesn't have programmes for fat burn, you turn a dial to increase the resistance!.

My main interest is to burn fat / tone up, and I'd like to lose some weight - at the moment I'm working out for around 20 minutes most nights (that's about as much as I can do at the moment) and will increase the time over the next few weeks!.

I was wondering whether you have any recommendations on the best way to lose weight on it - i!.e!. is it better to go slowly for 30 minutes, or at a faster pace for 20!?

I agree, hi intensity interval training (HIIT) is the best you can do!. 30 minutes at a time will do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
